The next stage of rapid growth for Quantum Motion is critical to the runway to a Series C fundraise, and hiring has become unmanageable for one person, based on the high standards that Christine has set, both internally and externally.
Christine wants to engage a imbedded talent solution partner for an initial 3-month period; the talent partner will take ownership of the full end-to-end hiring process, and report into Christine.
In addition, there are plans to implement an Application Tracking System (ATS) in Q3/Q4 2024, with two options currently under review; Greenhouse and Ashby.

Monthly Retainer - Option 1: £10,000 per month

Monthly Retainers will be subject to the addition of VAT (i.e. £12,000 + VAT = £14,400 per month)
