<aside> 💡 Our client Bumper, a rapidly scaling UK-based auto fintech start-up, needed someone to take the wheel of their recruitment process and hire across their Business Development & Sales, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Growth, People & Operations, Product & Data and Technology teams.


Having already made it big in the UK, our client had raised $12M in Series A funding in 2021 with ambitions to drive forward its car repair financing platform across Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.


Never Mind The Job Spec were referred to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by the Chief Product Officer (CPO) after they had previously experienced our human-centred hiring process from a candidate’s point of view.
